Checkout was smooth and I didn’t have any issues placing the order. The only thing I noticed was the shipping updates weren’t very consistent, I kept trying to figure out the pattern of when they’d send info, but it was a bit spotty. The order arrived okay in the end, just took a little longer than I expected.

I’ve been using it throughout the day and the battery seems to hold up well for me. I don’t really have much else to compare it to, but I usually don’t have to worry about charging it until later

"Not the flavor I was hoping for"
I picked this up thinking it would be a nice little treat, but after the first sip, I kind of paused like, “Wait, is this supposed to taste like that?” The flavor was really weak, and there was this odd aftertaste I couldn’t get past. I kept trying it, hoping it would grow on me, but it just never did. Definitely not something I’d buy again

"Pretty good overall, just not perfect"
I’ve been using this vape for a bit now it feels solid, oh, and the flavor is actually really good too. It works fine and the quality seems decent, but I do wish the battery lasted a little longer. Still, I’m happy with it overall.

"Support was slower than I expected"
Customer service took quite a while to get back to me, and when they did, my issue still wasn’t really resolved. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just kind of frustrating, if that makes sense

"Prices feel way too high for what you get"
I felt like they were charging way more than it was worth. I don’t mind paying extra when something feels special, but this just didn’t, and that’s on them for pricing it like a premium experience when it wasn’t.

"Shipping was quicker than expected"
I ordered from misticecigs.com the shipping was faster than I thought it would be. I was expecting to wait a bit longer, but the package showed up within a few days, which was a nice surprise.
The tracking updated like it should, and there were no random delays or issues along the way. It was a really smooth experience overall, and it definitely made me feel more confident ordering from them again
